Mrs Ngo Hagbe Bell spouse EPOH ADYANG Fleur Clémence

Born on 3 March 1972 in Yaoundé, Mrs EPOH ADYANG née Clémence Fleur Ngo Hagbe Bell, obtained her Baccalaureate A4 series, majoring in Spanish at Collège de la Retraite, Yaounde in 1990.
  In 1994, she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in French Private Law from the University of Yaounde II-Soa.  In 1999, she was admitted to the National School of Administration and Magistracy (ENAM), Social Affairs Section, from which she graduated two years later as a Social Welfare Inspector.
She furthered her studies and obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Law from the University of Yaounde II in 2001, followed in 2020 by a Master’s Degree in Labour Law and Social Security Litigation from the same university.
In terms of professional experience, Mrs Epoh Adyang Clémence Fleur Ngo Hagbe, spent seven years at the Ministry of Social Affairs and 14 years in the Prime Minister’s office, specifically in the General Secretariat.
During the time spent at the Ministry of Social Affairs from 2001 to 2008, she worked successively in the Ministry’s Follow up Unit, the Provincial Delegation for Social Affairs in Littoral and the Divisional Delegation for Social Affairs in Wouri.
As for her career in the Prime Minister’s Office, she joined in May 2008 as a Research Officer in the Social Affairs Division, before being promoted to Attaché in July 2016.  She held this position until Tuesday, 12 July 2022, when she was appointed as a member of the Electoral Board of Elections Cameroon by decree of the President of the Republic.
Mrs Clémence Fleur Ngo Hagbe, wife of Epoh Adyang, has completed several training courses at both the International Institute of Human Rights (IIDH) in Strasbourg and the National School of Administration (ENA) in Paris.
Furthermore, throughout her professional career, Mrs. EPOH, who is married and has three children, has worked tirelessly on behalf of children, people with disabilities, and women, whom she has defended at the national and international levels as a member of several Cameroonian delegations to meetings dedicated to presenting Cameroon’s reports on these issues.
Distinguished for her courage, determination and commitment, the new member of the Electoral Board was awarded the medal “Knight of the Officer of Valour” by the President of the Republic.
In 2022, she took the following oath before the Constitutional Council: “I swear to fully and faithfully discharge my duties and to exercise my office without fear or favour in accordance with the Constitution and laws in force, to ensure the confidentiality of proceedings and votes, to abstain from taking public positions and to decline any consultation on matters falling within the purview of Elections Cameroon.”
