On 22 May 2026, the Director General of Elections, Dr Erik Essouse, officially installed Mr KOULLE MBONGUI ADOLPHE as the new Regional Delegate of Elections Cameroon for the Littoral region.

The ceremony took place at the ELECAM Littoral Regional Delegation, in the presence of administrative officials, staff members of the institution and several guests.

The new regional Delegate thus takes the reins of the Littoral Delegation, replacing Otya’a Bourdon Serge, who was recently promoted to Director of Election Operations and Referendums at ELECAM’s headquarters in Yaoundé.

This appointment reflects ELECAM’s commitment to strengthening the effectiveness of its operational structure in the Littoral region, in preparation for the upcoming elections.

On this occasion, the Director General of Elections congratulated the newly appointed official and urged him to continue the institution’s work in accordance with the values of professionalism, transparency and accountability that underpin ELECAM’s activities.
