Members of the commission set up to receive candidates’ files for the presidential election received two candidates on July 12, 2025, at ELECAM’s Head Office in Yaoundé. The file for one candidate, Bertin Kisop from the Cameroon Party for Social Justice (CPSJ), was submitted, while the other candidate came for an inquiry about the file submission process. The commission is working daily up to the deadline for receiving candidates’ files on July 21, 2025.
